Engineering
Engineering work on CEOTXT is contracted across two locations.
- A German engineering team is responsible for backend systems, the reminder scheduler, and the weekly close engine.
- An Australian engineering team is responsible for the delivery layer and the secure submission interface.
Rokter AS retains product, design, and operational ownership in Norway.
Waitlist
As of August 22, 2025, over 1,200 founders and CEOs had registered interest in CEOTXT through the company's waitlist.
Rokter AS treats waitlist data as a measure of demand for weekly execution governance among founder-led companies. No commercial commitment is implied by waitlist registration.
Concept
CEOTXT is built on a single mechanism: one named owner per KPI, one fixed weekly close, and one consolidated report delivered to leadership by SMS, email, or secure link.
Update — May 1, 2026
CEOTXT v2, released today (1 May 2026), is built entirely in-house by Rokter AS in Narvik, Norway. The contracted engineering arrangement described above pertained to v1 development only and has since been wound down. Rokter no longer engages the Adalo platform retainer or the German and Australian engineering partners referenced in this article.
